BMB
BMB – the injection moulding machine will show on the Fakuma exhibition the eKW16Pi/700 full electric, a high-performance machine with low energy consumption for the production of thin-walled food containers, with IML technology.
BMB was founded in 1967 by the Bugatti family and is still under their direct ownership and management.BMB develops and supplies injection molding machines in the range of 1,000 to 48,000 kN for every application.
The fully electric injection molding machines are available from 1,000 to 18,000 kN and the Hybrid fast runners are available from 1,000 to 28,000 kN.
BRINK
Brink supplies injection molds with automation solutions, which our customers use to produce plastic products, usually packaging. From yogurt bucket to ice cream cup and from paint pot to flower box.
We are a total solver for our customer, which is expressed in thinking along or drafting a product design to complete integration of the customer’s injection molding machine with molds and automation from Brink. The output of the production lines and the quality of the products of our customers are constantly being raised by: camera control, self-correcting label adjustment and packaging directly in the box and on the pallet.
DIJKSTRA PLASTICS
Creating the perfect packaging for a wide variety of applications is a true art. An art that Dijkstra Plastics has been specialised in since 1977. With our broad range of containers, we can offer any product of choice to manufacturers and traders all across Europe. The combination of good advice, the highest quality decoration done in our own production facilities and rapid distribution guarantees our flexibility and unprecedented service. Food or non-food, small or large, heavy or light, from transparent to fully decorated: we have the perfect bucket for every use or purpose. Guaranteed.
This little container is the smallest packaging container in our product range, which goes up to 60 litres! The main strength of this specific container is that it is made from Biobased Polypropylene: a very sustainable material gathered from bio-based sources. This little container is therefore allowed to bear the ISCC+ (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) title.
VIAPPIANI PRINTING
With almost 40 years of experience in IML, Viappiani is for sure a pioneer in this labelling technology. The know-how and the technologically advanced machinery join forces to deliver high quality labels to customers all over the world. IML labels are printed with conventional offset up to 8 colours for an optimized printing result. The production ranges from labels for ice cream containers to cheeses and spreads, to bigger containers like pails for wall paint and industrial food products. Each kind of product calls for a specific know-how, specific label films, specific ink and varnish formulations, specific die-cutting technologies. Viappiani Printing is able to deliver them all.
Also talking about sustainability, Viappiani knows what to do. Back in 2007 Viappiani made the first trials with compostable PLA labels, but the world was still not aware of the fact we urgently need to make a turn. It took up to 2018 to find a receptive environment at the NPE exhibition in USA which allowed to present a compostable K-size coffee capsule with compostable IML label. The first mile of the road to the circular economy was paved.
